Caseificio Simone

Caseificio Simone, in Andria, sources its milk along routes between Apulia and Basilicata. The site is a catalogue that tells the family's origins, the journey of the milk, the products and the Consortium's Burrata di Andria PGI.

The site

• About us: the story of brothers Michele and Vincenzo, who in 2001 put their name to a cheesemaking trade handed down in the family since the years after the First World War, and how the milk is chosen.
• The PGI: a page on the Consortium's Burrata di Andria PGI.
• Products: burrata, stracciatella, ricotta, nodini, treccione, mozzarella, plain and smoked scamorza and quadrifoglio, all also available lactose-free.
• Contact, newsletter sign-up and links to the social profiles.

My work

Formule Creative handled the visual identity and photography; I developed the site on WordPress with the Flatsome theme, following the design: a lean catalogue built around the product images, which the dairy updates from the WordPress dashboard.
