Technical Account Manager with 10 years in IT, the last two spent on functional analysis and end-to-end delivery of software projects for large enterprise clients in telco and utilities.

I started out as a developer, building PHP and WordPress sites and then Flutter apps, before founding my own software house, appBakery. Today I identify what the client actually needs, turn it into specifications the team can implement and oversee delivery through to production. My technical background lets me work effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering.

    Technical Account Manager

    I look after two large enterprise clients in telco and utilities in parallel, with around 10 concurrent requirements.

    • Requirements gathering with stakeholders, as-is analysis, to-be solution design and validation with tech leads.
    • Cross-functional coordination of around 10 developers across mobile, web, backend and Global Support.
    • Around 30 go-lives overseen in 12 months: UAT management, deployment and post-release hypercare.
    • Solution proposals weighing the trade-offs between complexity, team effort and time-to-market.
    • Key projects: modelling logical objects (synoptic diagrams) on PNI, GE’s Smallworld product, and an AI integration for checking POPs.
    • Hands-on technical support: Flutter development on proprietary platforms, debugging, log and metrics analysis.

Alongside my role as a Technical Account Manager, I provide consulting and project-based development for businesses and professionals, from requirements analysis to production release.

  1. Flutter mobile app development

    iOS and Android applications built in Flutter from a single codebase. I cover the full lifecycle: analysis, development, backend and integrations, store release and maintenance.

  2. E-commerce and ERP integration

    Integration of WooCommerce and Shopify with ERP systems, warehouse software and supplier catalogues, through Python scripts or dedicated WordPress plugins. Catalogues, prices, stock levels and orders stay in sync, with no manual data entry and no transcription errors.

  3. Process automation

    Automation of repetitive tasks and integration between systems, to cut down on manual work. Past cases include WhatsApp reminders generated from a calendar, Telegram bots monitoring flights and trains, automated product image search and Home Assistant integrations.

  4. Business analysis and project delivery

    Requirements gathering, as-is / to-be process analysis, user stories, development team coordination, UAT and go-live management. The same method I apply every day with enterprise telco clients, scaled to the size of the project.
