Real-time status: for each control panel the app receives over MQTT whether it is online, its battery level, signal strength, remaining SIM credit, recent errors and the state of its zones.
One dashboard for every system: after signing in, installers see the list of panels they have installed, with the critical indicators highlighted. They know where to step in before the customer calls.
